Privacy policy
Last updated: [add date when you publish]
This policy explains what information NerdVo collects, why, and how it's used.
1. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, authentication details), payment records (amount, method, status — full card details are handled by Paystack or PayPal directly, never stored by us), the text you submit for voice generation, audio files you generate or clone, and basic usage data (device, browser, rough location by IP for fraud prevention).
2. How we use it
To provide the service (generating and delivering your voiceovers), to prevent abuse of trial credits and fraud, to process payments, to send you account and service emails (verification, receipts, low-credit alerts), and to improve the product.
3. Sharing with providers
To generate audio, the text and settings you submit are sent to our voice generation providers (currently ai33.pro, which may itself use underlying engines such as ElevenLabs, Minimax, Vbee, or Fish). We share only what is necessary to fulfil your request.
4. Payment processors
Paystack and PayPal process card and bank payments directly; we do not see or store full card numbers. For manual USDT payments, we record the transaction hash and wallet address you provide to verify your payment.
5. Data retention
Generated audio is retained according to your plan (for example, a shorter window for trial users, longer for paying users) and can be downloaded before deletion. Account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account, subject to reasonable verification and any legal retention requirements. Contact [add your support email] to make a request.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls) to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as NerdVo grows. Material changes will be noted here.
