These terms govern your use of NerdVo ("we", "us"), available at nerdvo.com. By creating an account or using NerdVo, you agree to these terms.

1. What NerdVo does

NerdVo provides an interface for generating AI voiceovers, scripts, and related audio tools. Voice generation is powered by third-party AI providers. NerdVo does not itself synthesize audio — it connects your request to a provider and delivers the result back to you. Availability of specific voices or features depends on our provider agreements and may change.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts found to be created to abuse trial credits (for example, repeated sign-ups by the same person) may be suspended without a refund of promotional credits.

3. Credits

Generation uses credits deducted from your balance. Purchased credit batches expire 32 days after purchase unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion. Trial credits expire 7 days after issue. Expired credits are forfeited and are not refunded or restored, except at our discretion. If a generation fails due to a technical or provider error, the credits used for that attempt are automatically returned to your balance.

4. Voice cloning and consent

You may only clone a voice that is your own or one you have explicit permission to use. You may not use voice cloning to impersonate another person without their consent, to create misleading or deceptive content, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or delete cloned voices reported for abuse, and may require proof of consent at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use NerdVo to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, used for fraud or impersonation, or otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Payments

We accept payment through Paystack and manual USDT (TRC20) transfer. Manual crypto payments are verified individually before credits are issued; see our Refund Policy for details on this process. Prices and available packages may change, but a change never reduces or removes credits you have already purchased.

7. Availability

NerdVo depends on third-party providers to generate audio. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific voice, model, or feature, and provider outages may temporarily affect service.

8. Limitation of liability

NerdVo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NerdVo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
